Single permit - changed my address while waiting for Annex 46

kicktheyeg

Hi everyone!

I am a non-EU citizen and working as an intern at one of the international institutions in Brussels.

My employer (HR team) started the process of getting the Annex 46 while I was in Brussels.  However, while we were waiting for it, I moved into my new place (also the commune had changed) and I do not live there anymore (talking about the first address that I used for Annex 46).

I have a formal lease agreement with with my new address, I will get my Annex 49 when I receive my Annex 46 next week. My question is, does anyone knows if the police officers can visit me in my new address instead of the old one that I used when I have applied for Annex 46?

I cannot start a new process from my new commune because it literally took more than 2 months and that is the only issue I have - I want to have the police visit in my new address (different commune). Also can I just visit the police station and tell them about the situation?

Thank you so much everyone!
