Living in Turkey/Alanya/Mahmutlar

We (me and my wife) lived in many countries (The Netherlands, UK, Luxembourg, Hungary and ow Turkey)

Many experiences and many good, also the memory from Hungary (huge house and huge garden) was very good.

But living in a small town in Turkey is great (winter is annoying though). All is close (the fact that I can not really walk gives another plus),

Restaurants, supermarkets, markets, hairdressers, butchers, alcohol shops, ... (having said that my wife does most)

Home delivery is available for most (convenient (win-win))

Many people leave (for Russians and Ukraine reasons are different), but also Western Europeans leave (too expensive)

We intend to stay (even if prices are getting very high), we have to see how it goes with extention of Ikamet.

What I can say, village life can be good, but also city (town) life can be great.
