The visa process should be initiated by you. She can not file for a visa for you.

Please read the following for official info on how you can apply for a visitor visa :

If and when needed, she can provide an invitation letter to support your application.

Why not contact the USA embassy in Ivory Coast ?

If you want to visit Morocco as an american citizen, you dont need a Visa.
