Advisor for setting up Company and residence

Hi Everyone, my name is Nick and I am new to the Forum and happy to meet you all.

I am looking for recommendations for an Advisor, as my situation is not that straightforward.聽 I need to open a Company in Mauritius as my Employer is based in Malta and will only pay my salary into a Company (not directly to me), when I move to Mauritius. I also need residence for myself (61), my wife (67) and our Dog.

Currently I am a UK resident.聽 Any recommendations would be appreciated so we can move forward with our plan to live in Mauritius.聽 Many thanks.
