Yup you read that correctly, fourth trips (over 13 months) to replace paper license with plastic license.

First trip for renewal, physical & license, thy were out of plastic so paper license was issued,

Second trip, since they didn't answer emails about availability of plastic I went to LTO, still no plastic.

Third trip by my stepson, with a letter by me, they could not issue because they required finger prints.

Fourth trip, supplied my finger prints and received plastic license.
