greetings

i was work in one of organization for 1.5 years i recently resigned and served for 3 months after they said change your residence with one month , i said i will change asap when i got new job it鈥檚 almost 46 days , i send request to them for change my residence, it鈥檚 show you have absence report

what if they (previous )can鈥檛 withdraw report

it never happened with me i working many company these guy is making me in trouble

any one suggest and my one month salary is pending

If your previous company filed an Absence Report and refuses to withdraw it:

Labor Authority & Immigration: Immediately contact them with proof of resignation, notice period completion, and visa transfer request.

Pending Salary: File a complaint with the Labor Authority for non-payment.

Visa Status: Check with Immigration to avoid issues with your next job.

Since you followed all procedures, they have no right to file this report. Take legal action i

f needed.
