I am by far not the only one... try and see if it works....

For me it's a  100% failure to get logged in too.

I keep getting back to the login after I logged in it's a loop over many tries and days.

Yes, I have cleared my cache and tried a different web browser.

I ended just going in and doing it in person.

Before insinuating that the others are ''Monkeys" not to say ""Donkeys" be aware than your luck cannot be the other s one. The day you will have a report refused "because your visa is a tourist one" while you are on a NON O for more than a decade , or the day you do it at the same moment from two different computers at the address you recommend for your non Thai wife and yourself and one is accepted and not the other without any mistake in the request) you will may be change your certainties...

This system works most of the time but very  far away from "Not missing a heartbeat" since 2020

Ahm no, I will never make these mistakes because with any annual extension I have to proof every circumstance

and requirement for my extension of stay again. A tourist visa has only a fixed length so in your example the person does not travel outside Thailand at all....does not have bank accounts renewed, nor driver licenses extended... Possible but very rarely

After a very first online system many years ago, came up a 2nd way by an app to be downloaded on each phone that again worked for short time full of failures, then stoped working properly as well, it was allowing to enter but at the end was saying that the person overstayed 100,200,300 days and nobody at Muangthongthani or at Chaeng Wattana was able to explain why.

Until one day recently appeared the actual way again online to be activated by registering and logging in. But at that point I decided to go there, make a daily tour by Bts to WatPhraSri Mahatat, catch the new automatic Train without driver to Chaeng Wattaná, then the free electric Minibus and file the request directly in person, having a lunch at Chaeng Wattana Gov. Building foidcourt and a look to the many stands inside the huge building but going back home with my 90days certificate in my pocket, happy and relaxed. Without waiting responses of online filed procedures that stresses mentally , just what we don't need to go through at our age. And trying to combine my outside Thailand trips when one 90 days expires, so to count from one again when coming back and avoid some 90d reports during the year. So at this moment for me that's online is a closed chapter. And by the way travelling to immigration makes me update what are the Bkk city innovations, a city that changes and improves every month.

At Nonthaburi  Immigration they say NO to 90 days online. (Many years ago)

And I have to use the postman, But that work super, So no really problem there.

I did try a few times every year, But it was never approved or any thing.

Then when we move to Bang Saen, And I report i move here at Sri Racha Immigration.

They say the same thing, Use the postman :-)

But i try 90 days online the first time it come up, And it work, It turn out that Chonburi Immigration is the office that approved for our area.

The 1 time it did not work was after i have change my passport back in 2019.

And was told to go out of Thailand, And back in Thailand to update the system.

As I/We have plan to go to Vietnam for a short trip and pick up a new NoN O single entry, Because Sri Racha Immigration did not like i enter Thailand back in 2011 on a ED stamp.

Follow by a bit more then 3 years of 90 Days ED-Extension.

So it turn out great for everyone :-)

And then the 90 days online work for me again.

I can see they say after the last big update of Immigration system, That when changing passport we dont need to leave Thailand and come back to update the system, But i am going to wait for 2028.

To check if that correct -)

I have some friends around Thailand that before the last big update have problem doing the 90 days online.

But they all have told me it works now for them.

This is the only time you have to do manually as ler information...after that online works again.
