I've been searching this for weeks and could find it,
some of my Vietnamese friends have never even seen this thing. would be very much appreciated if anybody can help. Thanks a lot!

Anh, think of a lighter with a long extension so the flame is around 12cm from the trigger\lighting mechanism.

OP I think your gonna need to look at some of the expat shops, I don't recall seeing one, but I'll keep my eyes open.

Central Mart at Saigon Pearl has it. I'm sure they will have it at Lotte Mart and Metro too.

I stumbled across this stuff in a small super market of parkson, D5.... didn't expect it was so rare to a lot of locals.

I went to Metro and Big C but didn't find it
