can you please tell me how I can contact/reach all that emmigrated from South Africa instead of where they are now?

appreciate your reply...聽 legislation changed in South Africa.聽 Previously, if you had an investment in a retirement annuity in South Africa, you could not withdrawal that money before the age of 55.聽 With the new legislation, you are able to withdrawal this investmentif you had migrated.聽 This however, goes hand in hand with a lot of procedures and applications to the different goverment institutions.聽 I'm specialing in assisting these migrants with this matter and would like to know if we can contact these people on your forum...

tnx for your reply, but that was the purpose of my question... If I put it put it on the South African forum, I'm reaching people moving here and not the people that left South Africa... my purpose is to reach the people that left South Africa, moving somewhere else?
