I'm not really sure that the recruitment agencies are the best way to find a job here.
If you are looking into Real Estate market, I guess you might as well contact directly the Real estate Agencies to seek for an open recruitment. Most of them can be found on this site :

If I read you correctly, when you say "partner"  it sounds like "not married". That will be an issue to get a family visa. You really want to make sure about that before moving on.
