King-o, same advice as everyone asking about the social scene in Kuwait, u have two options: (u can eat it, or throw it away - wait, thats Usher!)
1) Facebook - Expats in Kuwait group, find it, join it, let the good times roll.
2) abcq8.com - join the mailing list of EEK! magazine, and receive the newsletter on a weekly basis of the happenings in kuwait, the social scene, the personal ads, the groups, the stuff on sale etc.
