Hi,

is it popular to share a flat in Chennai ?

What advice would you give to those looking for shared accommodation in Chennai?

Can you recommend specialized local websites or newspapers?

By the way, keep in mind there is a flat share/house share section in the Classifieds

Singles in chennai do share flats. But it is like "Womens Only" & "Mens only"... No mixing up!

But i would suggest to rent a single room apartment in good neighbourhood!

all the best for who ever wants to live in chennai.

Hi,
Sharing a flat is not that much popular in Chennai, especially for girls.It depends upon the person whom u share the flat with. Most if the working women in Chennai go for Ladies Hostel. However there are few people who share their flats.

If u are coming to work in here. Search for good partner in ur office and share ur flat with her. or else search for good expats from this website and approach them.

as already mentioned by the other search in those websites.
