Cambodian visa inquiry

I'm a filipina. I would like to know if how can I have a visa if I intend to stay in Cambodia for three months? I learned that I can only stay for 21 days how can I extend it. And do I still need to have a return ticket for me to allow by the immigration in Cambodia. I badly need answers.

Just ask for a business visa when you arrive. It costs 25 $ and after a month you can extend it for up to a year.
