Moving to Carcassonne area

Hi, my husband and I want to move to the Carcassonne area. We have two children, ages 4 and 1. We will be in the area 2 or 3 days next month. We would love to meet up with any families who could spare an hour for a chat about pros cons and possible pitfalls, of course any advice preffered online is as equally welcome. We would be thinking of letting our house in Ireland and renting in the area for a year. Any thoughts? Many thanks, Jen and Ron

Hi Jen and Ron, My name is Catherine, I live between Dublin and a small village called Angles in the Vendee. My boyfriend lives fulltime there... It may seem a bit odd but we have our resons.. Anyway any help we can give you over email or a coffee sometime in Dublin as im here more then France at the moment... Im going over next Saturday for a week...
