I am American, and I am now living in Kuwait. I am currently in Hawally.

My name is Don , I came here from Los Angeles USA for a vacation. I am a Network Engineer back home and currently looking for employment here in Kuwait..

Any suggestions or recommendation on how an American Citizen can find work .. thank you

hello Don and welcome to Expat-Blog and Kuwait in general.

i think an American Citizen can find job much like any other citizen can, by looking for openings and applying, contacting friends to see if they have openings in their companies etc

The embassy doesn't provide jobs or job listings. If you have time to hang around the Hilton Mangaf in the evening you might be able to meet some influential people. A lot of the company heads stay at the Hilton. Other than you will have to go to various websites and apply.
