We are group of girls and would like to have a workshop in emotional intelligence, NLP, or any self improvement workshop at my home, so if there is a qualified female instructor who live in riyadh please contact me.

I don't know any female instructor, but I advice you to read "Emotional Intelligence" pocketbook by Margaret Chapman
It's full of tips, tools and techniques to improve your emotional awareness and your ability to manage feelings.

You can find it in JARIR BOOKSTORE, I just read it last month and highly recommend it.
