Do NOT buy ANY ANIMAL from LE HONG PHONG STREET, it is the notorious area for puppy mills and in-breeding.

ARC is the way to go as the other poster said.

Thanks for your both fast replied :-) it seems nobody interested such kind of breed here in Vietnam. I almost wanted to go to LHPhong street to look for puppies.
