hi聽 been in semarang for 12 weeks ,,just going to apply for visa 317 but cant get any sense out of immigration in semarang where to apply,,does anybody know聽 help

I think that visa is some sort of 12 month family thing but I'm unsure.
Any visa should be available from imigrasi, Jl Dr Cipto, Semarang.
That's the main office for Central Java. If they can't do it, that leaves Jakarta.
If the family is wife/husband, you should be looking at KITAS or, if married for greater than two years, KITAP.
