Hi

Can anyone shed some light on my query.

Partner offered Senior manager role in Retail firm.

Company states they do not have managerial visa's at the moment. So he will get in with another category visa, and post residence permit, company will re apply for fresh visa relevant to job profile. Company is in the green category as per info.! Also, no family status visa as of now, will be issued once he heads to KSA.

Any hitches involved?

Sometimes ths does work, other times it has not!!!

If the retail group is a large well known group in KSA then there are less chances of anything going wrong.
