Martial Arts or Boxing Gym in Phu My Hung

there is a gym opposite to my house (in D7) 
, but i'm not sure it has boxing or not. In D4, i saw a boxing gym at D4's sport center on Hoang Dieu street , Phan Đình Phùng Club at 8, Võ Văn Tần Ward 6, District 3 and California Fitness & Yoga on Le lai D1. i guess they have foreign trainer.
About martial art, in Phu My hung, there are some taewondo, karate classes of Korean and Vominam ( vietnamese martial art ) classes. D7's sport center on Huynh Tan Phat st D7.
