Hi, am currently in Culinary school, graduate in June, and want to relocate to the Tuscan region and make a go at it. If you know any chef's or anyone in the restaurant business that might be able to help me find some work I will be grateful. I'm just looking to get my foot in the door, would prefer a small place, family style cafe, not necessarily a fine dining though that would be okay too. Am willing to wash dishes but want to cook and learn from the masters. Thanks
