you have two ways to go about this; either you are exporting things from kuwait to france, or at the same time you are importing goods from kuwait to france. meaning, if u can get a hold of a logistics company or freight forwarder in france, they can give u an inclusive rate to get it from kuwait to france and to your doorstep.
make sure the terms are either CY-Door or Door-Door. the port u'll be using in Kuwait will be Shuwaikh, coz I think Shuaiba port is mostly for oil exports.
