Hi all,

Can a foreigner take the driving test in Cape Verde ?

What are the formalities to get a driver聮s licence in Cape Verde ?

Do you need special or extra documents being an expatriate?

How much does it cost?

Hello,
This is pretty much like in Europe you have to go to class to learn the traffic rules then pass the test and take driving lessons. The price is the same as in Europe too maybe a little bit less expensive.
You don't need special documents just your passport.
And if you have an European driving license you can totally drive there you don't need an international driving license.
