Hello All,
We will be in Cartagena at the beginning of August kind of trying to get聽 a feel for the city as a potential retirement place. It would be awesome if we could meet with Americans currently living there to give us a more realistic view of the city. Just a short meet for coffee or a beer. It is our first time in Colombia and would like to see if it warrants more exploration and extended stays.
