Hi guys
Im planing to come to Phnom penh for study is it a cool place to relax ?? What about the people i like company and I hate to be alone ?? Advices if you gonna live in that place for 3 years is it boring ??

I like Phnom Penh. The city is ok and more and more things are becoming available. Its also well situated for long weekend trips to the beaches of Sihanoukville, trips to Thailand or Saigon.

Add to that the air Asia cheepy flights and you can add places such as KL and Singapore.....
