Business in Malaysia 鈥� help needed please!!

Hi,

Can anybody assist me.

I am looking to move to Malaysia and buy a business there. I have looked at many websites (businessesforsale, mudah etc) and some agents/brokers I have found but the vast majority of businesses are shops or restaurants which I do not want.

Can anybody give me any good advise on where to find a decent website detailing businesses for sale in Malaysia or give me some other suggestions.

Hi would be helpful if you maybe mentioned

- how much capital you are willing to invest
- your experience of running a business
- your experience of Malaysia
- will you be resident in Malaysia
- are you going to manage the business or need a manager?
- industries you are considering
- why? growth? income? retirement hobby business?

eg if you just want your capital to generate a reasonable return with some capital appreciation renting out condos is an alternative - good yields IF you are fussy and do your homework.

But please don't open a "tea shop" there are already 10 new ones in my local area in last month and I am sick of seeing new ones opening :-)
