I wonder how buzzing or muted as the case may be, the Eid feeling is in Riyadh, people?!?

I can tell you that in London, some parts anyway, there is a carnival-like atmosphere, totally full-of-live and energetic!

Riyadh?!

Ramadan is quiet
There are Eid festivals in Riyadh ...far from muted
(most expats leave in Ramadan/Eid holidays) or visit mecca/Madina for some more spiritually in ramadan
