Opening A Business In Vienna

Hello, for those who have already moved to Vienna and might know something about the process, I have a quick question. I'm a U.S. citizen, will be married by then to an E.U. citizen, not from Austria however, and we plan on moving to Vienna permanently. I know that getting permission from the government can be more complicated than in other places. However, say for example you want to open a business, like a massage office, and you have several hundred thousands of euros in an Austrian bank. In this case there shouldn't be any problem being granted the permits for living and working, right? Also we will know German before submitting the paperwork.
Any input is most appreciated! We'll eventually be talking with a good lawyer from there but it'd be nice to know what to expect from now.
