buying a car without customs

hii all i do really need to buy a car and i heared a good news that i can get this car with different prices than turkish as i will not be paying the customs or the taxes so it will be with cheaper price... if anyone can help or have any idea about advantage and disadvantage of getting a car as forginer buyer
