Malta is said to be one of the best offshore (low tax) country in Europe. If i would like to resgister my company here which is the best way to do it from my country? Is it possible to avoid the expensive consultant webapages? Is there any other direct solution/registration office? Which registration costs can i expect?

Although I do beleive that it is a very good country for Tax incentives and that for what i have heard you can actually get the tax as low as 5%, but, again from passed on knowledge not been confirmed, you have to actually take your profits out of the compnay and not reinvest them.... again THIS IS NOT CONFIRMED !!
