The other is your employer.

A third source is any hotel where you know Japanese stay and they have Japanese speaking staff.

Just ask to speak to a manager.

The hotel and the consulate contacts are best (consulate closed) as they deal with all sorts of incidents.

I didn't intend to describe about the crime on me,
I already spoke to my colleague, friends, and consulate general of Japan,

The consulate advised me to go to police, but no more than that.
What I want to or should do is to look for any other helpful information about what I should do or someone who gives it to me.

f you do go to the police, take a translator with you.

It would also help to put your complaint n writing. Google translate does an OK job of translation.

The police station would be the main Cong An station in the ward where the incident happened. Most every store has the ward name or number written on it.

Check your messages, if you haven't already.  I've sent you the contact information for 2 women that I know, who may be able to offer qualified advice.
