Hi can anyone put me onto who does the fast entry visa so i am not lining up for hours. Pay extra and straight through ???? not sure it still happens.

Immigration have put big signs up saying they don't accept bribes.
Watch out or you may just find yourself on the first plane back out.

Not looking to bribe anyone I thought it was a service available at a higher fee

the service I think you are talking abot is call Bali Fast Forward..
I hope this is what your looking for if not they maybe able to help you we use their service as do a lot of our friends it is great.. they also have a Facebook Page..
