Dear All

I am coming to Riyadh soon!

1. Can you recommend any service /聽 hotel apartments in downtown Riyadh for a temporary basis while I sort myself out for say a month or two - do you know how much they cost?
2. Do you know of any good apartment blocks for a long term basis and how much they cost?
3. I heard that in other Gulf states there is a serious shortgage of "real" apartments (i.e. apartments in apartment blocks) and that villas have had to be converted into apartments. Is this the case in Riyadh?

Any help would be great

you can check all sorts of hotels in Riyadh such as Sheraton, Holiday inn, Merriot, Novotel, radison sas etc..

as for apartments there are plenty with many choices, from 240 SAR per night up to a few thousands, depending on your requiements.

the best option would be to go for a furnished apartment on a monthly basis where you may get a decent deal financially and service wise. there are plenty int town across the board
