info on mm2h and buying apartment

Hi,

I am thinking of joining mm2h.

Can someone recomend me a consultant聽 / solicitor who can
give a professionsl advice on following

- mm2h
- taxation issues
- buying an apartment
- bank loan against mortgage and rate of finance against purchase of apartment.

nice to know you are interested in mm2h
why do you want to hire an agent, they will just rip you off
the malaysian government has made the process so easy, all you have to do is follow the procedure outlined on the site, and i can give you a few tips and guide you how to do it,, i can even come with you to the places where to get things, like your health check, there is no need to go to expensive medical centers when you can get it done at government medical centers for a fraction of the costs
an agent will probly charge you anything from 6000-12000 bucks depending on the size of your family and how much the agent wants to rip you off

got my mm2h last month and i was there for two weeks .. i applied through an approved agency and i paid 10 k ringgit all the job done.

i will back after 3 months to setup a business. u need to know the agent name pm me. no taxation for mm2h as i know apart from business ...
