Souk Atalat has nice Italian flour for pizza and bread.Ìý There is a pastry flour as well.Ìý I have use it and it was great.Ìý The pizza/bread flour is in a blue package "Molini Tandoi Pellegrino" and the pastry flour is in a pink package same company.

all flour here are decent and brand names all of them are imported from Italy,Ìý Belgium and France but each kind depend on what do you make ,hands and recipes there is flour good for sweets but not good for bread ,one good for pizz but not good for sweets and so on
you can go to bakery to ask him give you flour for bread
