Hello everyone,

This is a great forum and everyone out there is ready to help. I have a query: I work as an engineer in my country in a VoIP company which actually has its equipment installed in USA. We just provide technical support via internet and phone to the company's clients all over the world.
Now my company is thinking about moving their employees to Ras Al-Khaimah. I have heard VoIP is illegal in UAE, so is it safe for me to work for such company? Note that equipment are in USA and no VoIP traffic will enter UAE, and we will just provide technical support through internet/phone. If anyone can guide me where can I get legal advice regarding this concern, that would be great/

Pls be note that VoIP its not allowed in UAE as service, more information u can get it from tra.ae
