Utility cost in Al Hamra village and Mina Al Arab

Hello,
We are planning to move to Ras Al Khaimah since I got a job there.
We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children.
I am considering a 3 bedroom villa.
What is the cost of utilities per month living in Al Hamra Village or Mina Al Arab?
Are water and electricity in Al Hamra Village and Mina Al Arab connected to FEWA grid so FEWA rates apply?

Any advises would be appreciated.
