i like scrap booking so much, and certainely the best place (i never see scrap booking more beautiful like this here in Saigon) is the store of souvenirs inside the Caravelle Hotel ! be careful, a simple card is expensive.

You have a lot of scrap booking too, more cheaper in papers stores, everywhere in HCM, like the store of Nguyen Hue D1, but you have this style of store in every district....

(i like to go in a big paper store in Phu Nhuan, they have a lot of scrap booking, but quite far from the centre, in Phang Dan luu street (before or after Hoang Hoa Tham street), i dont have the right number, if you are interested, i can check the adress when i will go by this street...)

In Hanoi, i visit a very sympathic and fun store sell only scrap booking !
but i'm quite sure the store closed now, it's a big problem here, stores often disapears.
