Hello,

Just wondering if there are any expats in this area? We live near Trier and I have not seen any forums yet that list this area. Hope to hear from someone! :-)

Hi - I live in RLP ... But quite a ways from Trier - we live in Erpel it is opposite Remagen on the Rhine...basically the last parish before hitting the NRW border.聽 There used to be USAF bases closer to your area - in Bitburg and Spangdahlem??聽 They would perhaps be the more larger American communities closest to you.聽 .

I just left Baumholder last week and already miss it terribly. Great little community and very accepting of Americans and other expats.
