Cycling around Princess Noura Univ.

Post new topic

molotovson

Hello,

I am planning to cycle around PNU early in the morning of Friday (5:00 ~ 6:00 am). One round trip around the campus would be 10 km. The traffic seems very rare. Aos, if anyone likes to join me, Welcome!

There are several cycling routes in Riyadh according to the website of Riyadh Wheelers, only cycling club in Riyadh. However, season is off now. I may join group riding after hot summer.

Now, I'm a bit wondering whether I can wear short and tight cycling pant or not. Is it offensive to local people? Please advise.

I was actually thinking about cycling as well!

Respectfully, another question, are cycling tights (PANTS) for men considered offensive too?

Loose shorts covering knees won't create problems. But can't say it isn't risky if you are cycling around a ladies only university like pnu :)

I assumed it was only related to 'shorts'. I've got my answer now, thank you! :)

Hi Max, if you can in any way see any 'outline' of basically anything below the waist, consider that article of clothing forbidden lol  In KSA, 'loose' is the word! :D

Best of luck!
