crossing the street in Bien Hoa with dump trucks constantly passing you every second where once you manage to reach the middle of the road after waiting 10 minutes for an opening you than have to climb over the concrete barrier and try to get to the other side. That's extreme enough.

I think Artificial rock climbing is a good challenging activity.   I know what you mean about lazy people, i work with some and its hard to motivate them...

There are a lot of such clubs in Vietnam. Google it, it's $%^$#@^% posting a link on this site.

2. Rock Climbing

3. Diving or surfing

There are some clubs in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Province, available for both professionals and amateurs

4. Skating, BMX, etc

Saigon OutCast (Saigon)
Any park in cites

5. Motorcycling: too many. You know why, right?
