I am currently working on a new version of the website ... I received several proposals for the logo ... which one do you prefer and why?

I like #5 for the suitcase seems to be moving.

You still working on this Julien? I actually like the logo you already have, but if you wanted me to choose from the new ones it would be one of those where the word expat is in the suitcase - the suitcase is what makes us expats, and it has nothing to do with the word 'blog'. If I had to choose between the two that leaves, I'd go for the one without the puddle -- which makes the logo feel bottom heavy....L
