I am not sure in what context your query is. Going by the number of Indians who work in Malaysia, it would be safe to say that it is indeed a good place to work. As long as we try and adapt ourselves to the local customs and practice, there should not be any problems.

Indian Malaysians seem to like it :-) The problem can be getting a job and an employment pass (work permit) as well as a competitive salary. Check out the following website for information. All work permits are applied for by the prospective employer.
