Attestation : Acca certificate for visa in middle east

hello,

guys i need to know if anyone have got his/her Acca membership certificate fully attested for visa/work purposes? where do we get it done step by step? I got it done from British council, what would be the next step.

Further, i have heard that in many middle east countries(ministry of manpower) dont recognise Acca as degree and therefore it becomes a problem if you dont have any other degree.

Please guys share your experience.
