You should start by filling out the online forms at the Citizenship and Immigration Canada's official government website:



Then you'll see if you qualify for a visa.

As far as finding a job, as long as there are women, there are going to be jobs for hairstylists. Unfortunately that kind of job isn't in an industry that is going to be able to sponsor people through the immigration process as some other industries do.
