If you need advice from an anonymous Internet forum on how to do your job properly, maybe it's time to change job.
Just an idea.

Not just that.
The tone sounds to be one of depression. If you're that unhappy, time to move on.

oh, sorry, I didn't mention that I love my job, I love to be a successful sales, especial selling clothes, I believe all girls love that(we got a lot nice clothes in our company):)) I also love challenges,if anybody tell me there's a customer doing the business, I will just run to him/her. :)) I get depressed is because I feel bored when I have nothing to do and don't know what to do, so I wish anybody who can share the experiences to guide me how to find the right customers online and being successful. appreciated!!!

Your written English is quite good; how about your oral skills?
Assuming your spoken language is good enough, consider VOIP (Maybe Skype) and a package that will allow you to speak to potential export customers at low cost.

If you're less confident....

What about friends and relatives? perhaps start with them first?

And whenever you meet friends you don't really promote business like really hardsell. just give your name card away, and share it in your facebook perhaps?? :D  Just a suggestion.

During your waiting period in the office, you can always do something that you like, make friends.. and from these network, perhaps you will get sales? :D Just a suggestion.
