Housing close to Saudi Aramco Refinery in Riyadh

Hello:

I will be working in Saudi Aramco refinery in Riyadh. It is located next to New Industrial Area on Route 65.
I would prefer to live in close to the refinery.
Is there any good compound close by to live and how much approximately will be monthly rent of the one (1) bedroom apartment?

I am a bachelor from India, and joining Saudi Aramco Riyadh Refinery within 2-3 days. So, I am looking for Accomodation (Single Room / Shared Room / Shared Flat) near to Saudi Aramco Riyadh Refinery.
