What would be the salary for 5 years of experience in Malaysia.?

Hi,

I have a HR discussion regarding Salary. I do have 5 years of experience working with an MNC in India. My current salary in India is 6,00,000 INR Per Annum. How much I can ask for ? Please help me.

Hi I would suggest you convert that to USD as I have no idea idea how much that is. and same for many forum readers.

What I suggest is you convert to MYR and add 50% for first idea of how much

Apart from the salary you may be paid, you should consider separately the cost of relocating if you are offered a job. Most employers will pay travel, 1-4 weeks accommodation, settling in allowance (to buy all those things you need in a new country), tax (will your salary be before of after tax?), transportation allowance or free travel to work on corporate bus, bonus, accountants fees paid to sort out your tax declaration each year, etc.
