HAS ANYONE HAD THIER 90 DAY VISA EXTENDED AT CR IMIGRATION. IF SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY REQUIRED

From what I have read, your best bet is a quick trip abroad. The new president will be taking office soon and that is the only priority in the ministries. AM Costa Rica wrote a great article on this.
