Does anyone know of any Flamenco dance instructors in Cuenca? My wife would like to continue her work in flamenco after we arrive in Cuenca in January.

Ton's of Salsa classes here Ray, haven't heard of Flamenco as yet. I'll ask around. You would think they would be available in S. America though.
